Shipping policy

  • Under $20 (single cards): Shipped via eBay Standard Envelope with eBay letter tracking. This service provides limited tracking updates (primarily on eBay) and does not support insurance or signature.
  • $20–$199: Shipped via a trackable parcel service (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage/First‑Class Package, UPS, or FedEx), selected for best reliability to your address. Tracking is provided; additional coverage may be added at our discretion.
  • $200 and above: We use premium, trackable services (e.g., USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day/Next Day Air, or FedEx Express). Each card is individually sleeved, placed in a new rigid top‑loader, sealed in a tamper‑evident bag, cushioned with bubble wrap and cardboard inserts, and boxed in a crush‑resistant mailer. Coverage (insurance or declared value) up to the purchase price is included. For $250+ orders, CardPop requires an adult signature on delivery as a best practice; for $750+ orders, a signature is required to meet eBay’s seller protection standards. For $500+ orders, we photograph the item and packaging before shipment and can share the images upon request.
  • Tracking & communication: Tracking is uploaded within 24 hours of shipment. We proactively monitor delivery and will notify you of any carrier delays. Upon request, we can provide shipping receipts and packaging photos to assist with any delivery inquiries.
